Strategy:
Changing regulations demanded that Thode and the Waverly team look into solutions for collecting real-time and historical maintenance data to make program improvements and ensure patient safety. Limble stood out for its ability to track asset and maintenance history, simplify work order management, and drive accountability across their operations.

Results:
Thode has fostered a connected and informed culture using Limble. He has set up reports showing where the maintenance team is spending their time so he can make informed decisions around resource allocation and even received approval for bringing a new full-time employee on board.

Alongside Waverly’s Safety Officer, Thode has also used Limble to remain audit-ready with compliant processes and procedures, and easily accessible historical data. In the healthcare space, regulatory bodies including The Joint Commission conduct timed audits. Limble has ensured Waverly is able to pass audits with ease by presenting critical, verifiable data to auditors with the click of a button.

Strategy:
The Yellowstone Club is an exclusive real estate community offering resort amenities in Big Sky, Montana. It provides year-round recreation options and is the only private mountain ski and golf resort in the world. Assistant Chief of Facilities, Zac Bush, has optimized the maintenance program to ensure the Yellowstone Club continues to meet the highest of standards for facilities management.

Results:
Yellowstone Club’s thousands of acres of buildings, recreation areas, amenities, and natural spaces encompassing its property require a robust maintenance operation. Bush has managed the right technology, processes, and team to ensure all tasks are addressed in record time so that its community may continue to enjoy a world-class experience.

Strategy:
Business Process Consultant Samantha Murphy-Handy saw an opportunity to transition Aztec Construction Group’s maintenance program to a more proactive approach. With 80% of time being spent on reactive maintenance and a new trucking division being added to their business, Aztec Construction needed a comprehensive preventive maintenance program and detailed documentation for audits. Murphy-Handy alongside Shop Manager, Shelton Barbee, implemented Limble to help drive these initiatives.

Results:
With Limble, Murphy-Handy and Barbee have been able to bring a higher level of organization to their maintenance processes, enabling the team to enhance their preventive maintenance program and reduce unplanned downtime.

Additionally, Aztec Construction has used Limble reporting to make informed “replace vs. repair” decisions for their equipment. This has allowed them to replace equipment that was causing downtime and experience a higher uptime percentage overall. They have also successfully launched their trucking division with the asset and maintenance history required to comply with regulations.

Strategy:
After experiencing data and reporting limitations with their previous maintenance software platform, Sargent Aerospace & Defense decided to implement Limble for its intuitive, customizable reporting functionality and real-time status updates.

As beta users for Limble product enhancements, Sargent Aerospace & Defense has collaborated with the Limble Product Team to share insights and feedback. This has, ultimately, helped drive product innovation that serves the Sargent team as well as Limble’s entire customer base across industries.

Results:
Sargent Aerospace & Defense has used Limble to replace hundreds of weekly printed reports with mobile dashboards and data insights that connect and empower the entire company. They even incorporate custom reports into digital signage throughout their facilities, providing visibility across the entire organization.

Data-backed process improvements have impacted both performance and job satisfaction. Maintenance managers now know exactly what technicians have on their plate, what future work they’ll need to allocate resources for, which assets contribute the most to unplanned downtime, and much more.

Strategy:
Walter Coltrin, Danny Long, and Hubert Rozier are maintenance professionals at a multi-billion dollar sporting goods retailer with hundreds of locations across the U.S. and Canada. Together, they have leveraged Limble to help transform the company’s maintenance operations. By creating preventive maintenance templates and automating PM scheduling within Limble, they have reduced reactive maintenance and transitioned to a more proactive approach. Coltrin has created custom reporting to surface key metrics and share insights across their organization. He is also using Limble to manage spare parts and vendors, gaining real-time visibility into inventory levels and uncovering cost-saving opportunities.

Results:
As a result, the organization has achieved a new standard of excellence for managing assets, work orders, PMs, spare parts, and vendors. Improvements to preventive maintenance programs and on-time PM completion rates have resulted in their unplanned equipment downtime reaching an all-time low.

Coltrin has also implemented a more proactive approach to managing spare parts, resulting in significant cost savings. Adding more than 14,000 parts to Limble has enabled data-driven decisions about alternate vendors and opportunities for in-house parts production. The maintenance organization is now able to track spare parts usage, optimize ordering, and ensure critical spares remain in stock.

Strategy:
When Matt Olson joined Bentek, the company lacked a quick and easy way for machine operators to report failures and submit work requests. His team spent numerous hours each day seeking out the information they needed to do their jobs.

Olson implemented Limble to improve his team’s productivity and effectiveness, instill a greater sense of trust in the company’s maintenance program, and prepare the organization for the increased oversight and auditing of a new production line.

Results:
In addition to improving overall processes and boosting team morale, Olson has reduced both unplanned equipment downtime and repair time. Technicians are able to quickly access the information they need within Limble to get the job done. As a result, the team completes more tasks more efficiently, gaining back 30% of their time.

Strategy:
Ronnie Woodall brings extensive experience leveraging maintenance software for a data-driven approach to maintenance management. Throughout the last year, Woodall has used Limble to track key metrics, bring meaningful insights to the Cornerstone executive team, and enable data-driven decisions that optimize their maintenance operations and maximize production.

Results:
Woodall’s use of reporting has been so successful that Cornerstone’s leadership team has expanded his area of oversight, asking him to implement his approach across multiple plants.

They are consistently tracking all maintenance KPIs within Limble, including labor utilization, PM completion rate, and downtime hours. With this data at his fingertips, Woodall has been able to receive approval for hiring additional staff and achieve a 99% PM completion rate. He has also driven a corporate initiative to identify problematic assets or “bad actors” and employ corrective actions, ensuring production goals are met.

Strategy:
When Ryan Fisher led his team through a number of initiatives to optimize their maintenance program, spare parts management was at the top of their list. While the team had a supply room filled with spare parts, they did not have a reliable source of truth for stock levels, parts locations, or order history. This led to prolonged repairs when searching for parts, expedited shipping fees for out-of-stock parts, and missed cost savings opportunities when purchasing parts.

Fisher organized their inventory, added all spare parts to Limble, and printed QR codes for each part within their spare parts room. He also set quantity thresholds ensuring he would be notified in real time when stock was running low.

Results:
Fisher’s initiatives have resulted in improved forecasting of parts usage, increased efficiency across the team, and a significant reduction in spare parts spend.

In one particular incident, Fisher and his team saved the company $10,000 when a vendor had sent and billed for an incorrect part. The increased accuracy of their parts inventory has also helped ensure critical spares remain in stock, making weekly trips to the store and expedited orders a thing of the past.

Strategy:
Before implementing Limble, Grove City College’s maintenance team relied on software that hadn’t seen major updates since the 1990s. DiBenedetto required a solution with robust features for building custom dashboards, tracking inventory, and streamlining communication that was also simple enough for the team to adopt. Limble’s broad suite of features and award-winning user experience made it an easy choice.

Results:
Buy-in for Limble proved infectious once the maintenance team saw how much it improved efficiency and accountability compared to the previous system.

Grove City’s maintenance team isn’t just getting more done and operating more efficiently, they also have the reports and real-time data to prove it. Thanks to customizable, accessible reporting, DiBenedetto has helped position maintenance as a value driver rather than a cost center across the larger organization.
