Redefining maintenance for what’s next

Michael Scappa, SVP of Product & Technology, opened the session by outlining Limble’s vision for a connected, intelligent maintenance future. He emphasized three pillars driving innovation:

  • Real-time intelligence to move from reactive to predictive maintenance
  • AI-driven insights that surface critical information when it matters most
  • Connected ecosystems that integrate across technologies and teams

2025 product updates

Rick Boggs, VP of Product, highlighted this year’s key feature launches, all designed to make maintenance work easier and smarter. Updates included:

  • Anomaly Detection to catch unusual readings before they cause costly problems
  • Dashboard Templates to quickly surface the right KPIs
  • Asset Templates and Multiple Currencies for global consistency
  • Video Uploads and Work Request Reviews & Approvals for smoother collaboration

Looking ahead, Limble previewed early access releases like the AI-Powered PM Builder, which turns asset manuals into preventive maintenance schedules in seconds, and Resource Planning, which helps balance workloads without overwhelming technicians.

Partnerships that unlock value for Limble customers

Susan Burris, VP of Partnerships, showcased Limble’s expanding technology ecosystem. Through deep integrations with tools like Projectmates, AssetWatch, and Motive, Limble is bridging gaps between construction, maintenance, and operations. These partnerships empower teams with predictive insights, connected workflows, and seamless handoffs from capital projects to facility management.

Making maintenance teams future-ready

The session closed with a clear message: Limble’s mission is to make maintenance teams the champions of reliability and uptime. By constantly innovating, integrating deeply, and empowering endlessly, Limble is equipping maintenance professionals to not just react to problems, but anticipate and prevent them
