Any access to or use of any Fuse Solution (as defined below) by, for or on behalf of Client constitutes Client’s agreement to this addendum (the “Addendum”).

Fuse Solution Addendum

This is an addendum to and part of the Terms of Service or SaaS License Agreement between the undersigned Client and Limble (the “Agreement”).  Client and Limble agree as follows: 

Fuse Solution.  The Fuse Solution is offered by Limble in conjunction with the Limble CMMS software (the “Licensed Software”).  Although provided with the Licensed Software, the Fuse Solution is not part of the Licensed Software.  The Fuse Solution provides functionality that enables integration of the Licensed Software used by Client with certain third party applications designated by Limble from time to time – the then-current list of such applications is available from Limble.  Such designated applications are referred to herein as the “Designated Applications” and may change from time to time.

Limited to Data Hosting in the United States.  Currently, the Fuse Solution is only offered and available with data hosting in the United States.

Monthly Subscription.  Client may use the Fuse Solution on a hosted subscription basis for its intended purposes to integrate the Licensed Software used by Client under the SaaS License with Designated Applications and for no other purpose.  Client may use the Fuse Solution only in conjunction with the Licensed Software.  This is a monthly subscription and only continues for so long as the subscription is active.  This is a month to month subscription and may be terminated by either Party at any time by notice to the other Party.  The Fuse Solution is hosted by Limble for remote access and use by Client under the SaaS License.

Subscription Fee.  In addition to all other payments and fees, Client will pay to Limble the then-current subscription fee as quoted or invoiced by Limble to Client from time-to-time.

Third Party Technology.  The Fuse Solution includes third party technology, including computer programs that are licensed to Limble for the purpose of making that technology available to clients in conjunction with the Licensed Software.  Any third party licensor of that technology will have no obligation or liability to Client and makes no representation or warranty to Client.

Protections.  The confidentiality obligations and other protections of the Licensed Software under the Agreement will also apply to the Fuse Solution on a mutatis mutandis basis.  Client must not copy or modify any of the Fuse Solution or make any of it available to any other person or entity.  

No Warranty.  LIMBLE MAKES NO WARRANY CONCERNING THE FUSE SOLUTION AND IT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.  HOWEVER, IF CLIENT IS DISSATISFIED WITH THE FUSE SOLUTION, CLIENT MAY TERMINATE THE SUBSCRIPTION.
