Troubleshooting
- Heat pump doesn’t run:
- Check if there is power supply
- Check if the power switch is on
- Check if the fuse is burned
- Check if the breaker is off
- Check if the evaporator is blocked
- Fan running but with insufficient heating:
- Check if the air outlet is blocked
- Wait for the 3 minutes start delay
- Check if the set temperature is too low
- Display normal, but no heating:
- Wait for the 3 minutes start delay
- Error Code E3 (Insufficient or no water flow/protection):
- Ensure water flow through circulating pump/filtration system
- Adjust flow through bypass valve
- Check for possible blockage
- Check flow switch and PCB wiring (technician only)
- Error Code E5 (Power (voltage) supply outside acceptable operating range):
- Engage electrician to confirm power supply
- Error Code E6 (Excessive temperature differential between inlet and outlet water (insufficient water flow/protection)):
- Ensure water flow through circulating pump/filtration system
- Adjust flow through bypass valve
- Check for possible blockage
- Error Code Eb (Ambient temperature too high or too low protection):
- Wait until air temperature returns to heat pump operating range
- Error Code Ed (Anti-freezing reminder):
- Anti-freeze mode is activated when water inlet temperature ≤ 2°C and air temperature ≤ 0°C. Heat pump will automatically start running in heating mode.
