Troubleshooting
- Device is not powering on:
- Ensure the battery is charged
- Try performing a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button and the ESC button simultaneously for at least 5 seconds
- Device is not charging:
- Ensure the USB cable or dock is properly connected
- Try using a different USB cable or dock
- Inspect the charging port for any debris or damage
- Barcode scanning is not working:
- Ensure the scanner is enabled in the Datalogic Settings
- Check if the barcode symbology is enabled
- Clean the scan window
- Try scanning a test barcode to verify the scanner is functioning
- Device is not connecting to Wi-Fi:
- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and the correct network is selected
- Check if the Wi-Fi password is correct
- Try forgetting the network and reconnecting
- Ensure the device is within range of the Wi-Fi access point
